Withdrawal and refunds

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. The quickest way is "Withdraw from contract" on your account page. You can also send the form below, or any clear statement, to hello@lotandlume.com.

What you get back

When you subscribe you ask us to start the service straight away. If you then withdraw, you pay only for the days you used, and we refund the rest within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you. We confirm a withdrawal by e-mail.

Cancelling later

After 14 days you can still cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Cancelling does not delete your hunts, saved watches or collection.
